Being Spontaneous with Your Kids

Being Spontaneous with Your Kids

Have you ever been spontaneous with your kids? Have you ever asked your kids what they enjoy doing with you?

We recently asked our kids what they wanted to do with us individually, and it was a lot of fun to hear what they enjoy the most. It will most likely not be the extravagant trips or theme park days that will be something they thoroughly enjoy with you. They will most likely surprise you with simplistic ideas that are easy to accomplish and will grow the bond with your child and keep you a motivated parent.

This episode discusses how spontaneous “outings” and moments with our kids can turn into lasting memories. So how can you be more spontaneous with your kids?

About Us

We’re Marty + Stacy, a husband and wife team who decided to start our podcast after having a mini existential crisis about growing up! Our kids are 17, 11, and 9, and we aren’t even 40 yet (well, one of us is). Marty jokes that we did everything too fast, so now we are here, just hanging in some balance of life.
