Vacationing with Your Spouse

Vacationing with Your Spouse

Vacationing with Your Spouse is one of the most important things you can do for your marriage, friendship, and as a parent. We’ve been vacationing for the last 19 years, and the ones where it’s just the two of us are some of the best trips we take. These vacations allow us to reconnect with each other.

Your vacations together could be from your “bucket list”, budget-friendly adventures (or stay-cations), ones where you learn a new skill together, or simply one to disconnect. Whatever you choose, vacationing with your spouse should reinvigorate your marriage and help you be a “Motivated Parent.”

About Us

We’re Marty + Stacy, a husband and wife team who decided to start our podcast after having a mini existential crisis about growing up! Our kids are 17, 11, and 9, and we aren’t even 40 yet (well, one of us is). Marty jokes that we did everything too fast, so now we are here, just hanging in some balance of life.
